Payments & Policies
Monthly Management Services
Payment for monthly management services is due up front on the day service begins and will be due on the same day each month thereafter. A 30-day cancellation notice is required to discontinue service.
Graphic Design Services
Payment for graphic design services is due after the project is complete. A preview of the design will be provided for client review. Final files will be delivered once payment has been received.
Campaign Creation Services
Payment for campaign creation services is due up front. We guarantee completion within: 5 business days for a 15-day campaign and 7 business days for a 30-day campaign
Social Media Services
Payment for social media services is due up front. We guarantee completion within 1–2 business days, depending on the number of social media pages being created.
Video Services
Payment for video services is due up front. We guarantee completion of video(s) within 2–3 business days
